Refund Policy 

There are no refunds on any products. If you have an issue with your order please contact us via email and the issue will be resolved. All customer satisfaction options will be discussed at this time.

Shipping Policy 

The standard processing time for all orders is 7-10 Business days, this is in addition to shipping time.  Processing time may vary depending on the item and quantity of the order placed. You will be notified immediately if your order will take longer to process. 

We offer two different shipping options. One is standard shipping which is 1-3 business days via USPS. We also offer Expedited shipping. For expedited shipping, you should still factor in the standard processing time unless you have purchased the rush option (overnight, if available) for your order. 

Once your order has been sent to be shipped, we are no longer responsible for it. However if you have an issue with shipping or delivery of your order please contact us so that we can assist the best way we can. All orders are fully insured.
